You can extend the rental if you inform us not more than 3 days before the end of the original rental – we will then manage all the formalities.
Are you an event organiser or stable owner? Do you want to rent more riding carts for your club members? Contact us. We will estimate the rental price individually.
The whole process takes just a few minutes. You will confirm your booking with our account manager by email or phone.
Payment for rent in advance is our security. Thanks to this, we don't have to charge a deposit!
Take care of the environment with us - send the cart back to us in the same carton.
We will contact you to confirm your reservation.
We will send all the necessary documents to the email address provided and our account manager will guide you through the further steps of your rental.
If you have chosen the shipping option, our customer assistant will book a courier for the date you have chosen.
Please, read the instructions for safe use, folding and unfolding before the first use.
You can cancel your confirmed reservation free of charge 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of the rental at the latest.
If the booking is cancelled later, the cancellation fee is up to 50% of the cart rental price.
We will send the cart to any address – a riding centre or directly to your home – at no extra cost. 3 days before the end of the rental (72 hours), we will contact you to arrange a courier to collect the equipment at a time convenient to you. You can also collect and return the cart at our headquarters in Opole, 4/5 Technologiczna Street.
